Monday night: My two year old daughter somehow manages to crash my macbook pro’s hard drive.  Panic ensues.   Tuesday: Apple ships me their ‘special box’ for me to send them my computer. Wednesday: I receive the box, package up my computer, and ship it back to Apple. Thursday: Apple receives my computer, replaces the hard drive, and ships it back to me. Friday morning: I...
